Sitting in a washitsu (a style of Japanese room), you can see the server in kimono coming with great crab cuisine on her hand. All the chopsticks and bowls are made of wood, and you couldn't help but start enjoying the feast. This is a restaurant owned by Mr. Tatsuro Hioki, who bought lumbers and designed them all on his own.
